The Busan Port International Ship Chandling Center, which was completed in August 2012 with a GFA of 33,455.21m2, includes five floors of warehouses for heavy weight, frozen, refrigerated and general goods, offices and dining rooms,
and other amenities and support systems. The ultra-modern facilities are also eco-friendly, guaranteeing a business
environment which satisfies all needs.

4,5th floor (475.44m2) solar panels installed for environmentally friendly electricity production and hot water generation. 20% of total power requirements at BISC will be solar generated.
